Xavier has been at the head of Château Guiraud’s winemaking since 1984 and, from the start, has championed Bio-Diversity in all of Guiraud’s vines. It was this dedication to natural harmony and the spectacular results that motivated the new partners (Robert Peugeot, Olivier Bernard and Stephan Von Neipperg) to persue official organic certification in 2008.
